b) Achieve 90% daily production efficiency
Sustainability (35%): Revise and approve scrap daily while implementing corrective actions when necessary to guarantee minimal errors. Provide staff with necessary resources such as, materials, maintenance support, as well as labor information and ensure employees are appropriately tasked in their perspective duties to achieve maximum daily output. Monitor daily productivity to verify quality and certify workers are adhering to the proper disposal and handling of waste according to environmental compliance codes.
Leadership (35%): Conduct daily start up meetings and include encouraging conversations regarding safety to build a strong and cohesive team. Enroll workers in companywide led activities to encourage and inspire staff to maintain policies by integrating employee regulation strategies that promote compliance. Train and verify staff comprehension on proper department procedures while modifying and enhancing processes as needed to guarantee safety and efficiency. Mitigate safety related matters through consistent and clear communication as well as collaborate with HR department on specific employee concerns. Effectively ensure face time with workers by walking through production site 2 to 3 times per shift and positively, engage, align, and connect employee’s individual contribution to the overall success organization.
Customer Experience (30%): Monitor customer complaints by daily reviewing documentation of returned goods. Share feedback with employees, and Superintendents to ensure customers’ needs are being delivered. Drive initiatives forward by acting as a conduit between employees and engineering to ensure quality and on-time delivery that results in guaranteed customer satisfaction.
