    The Business Intelligence Design and Developer promotes Clow as a premier place to do business and maximizes sustainability by diligently developing accurate business performance reports for the organization that guides thorough and effective decisions.


    1. Customer Experience: Deliver on customer requests per the project plan 100% of the time.
    2. Employee Experience: Follow-up with end user within 2 weeks of delivery to verify the effectiveness of the report.
    3. Leadership:
      • Attend 1 continuing education opportunity per year.
      • Provide 2 software utilization trainings per year.




    1. Business Requirements & Design (85%): Actively work to interpret and gain thorough understanding of business needs, determine optimal business solutions and design accurate and timely business reports that assist the organization in understanding performance. Act as a knowledge expert in report formats, utilization, and creation to enhance performance efficiency and assist in pulling required data from all platforms for reporting deadlines. Develop user instructions and perform live trainings to ensure understanding and usability by the end-user. Provide continuous support and maintenance of the business reports as needs change by the user and/or technologies.
    2. Development (10%): Diligently work with employees throughout the organization to gain full understanding of the business needs related to reporting structures, analyze for inefficiencies, and provide possible solutions with tailored hands on training for the organization.
    3. Continuing Education (5%): Continuous learning and professional development improves and encourages innovation, communication, and leadership. Research industry standards, new product opportunities and actively participate in new product/services brainstorming events. Seek out opportunities for professional development by way of educational courses, training sessions, or collaboration with business partners.


    • Technical Skills:
      • Excellent knowledge of database design, SQL, data warehousing
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI, Access, and Cognos
      • Microsoft Suites
      • Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
      • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
    • Education & Experience:
      • B.A. in Computer Science/Information systems required with
        • 3-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis or related technical experience required.
        • 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
