The Client Experience Representative is responsible for the management of technical support for iHydrant utility clients and operational support within McWane Valve and Hydrant divisions. The position will be located at Clow Valve in Oskaloosa IA.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Junior Systems Administrator has a principal role in positioning Clow Valve as a leader in the waterworks industry by diligently providing network, systems, and software support.

2ND SHIFT POSITION: MONDAY-THURSDAY 10 HOUR SHIFT (3:00 P.M. TO 1:30 A.M.)

This position is for machine shop weld booth whose general responsibilities will be to fix minor repairs on valves and/or hydrants.
The Product Manager is responsible for the management of the product life cycle for existing iHydrant products and new Valve and Hydrant products within McWane. The Product Manager will be responsible for streamlining the go to market and product development processes within the Valve and Hydrant division. This job, while remote, works collaboratively with all teams including outside and inside sales, software and hardware engineering teams, field support, and management to ensure overall product success.
The Safety Manager inspires a safe and collaborative workplace by aligning the best interests of Clow’s employee safety to the best interests of the company. This will be done while balancing both safety and production needs that result in low injury rates and reduced work compensation costs.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Safety Engineer enhances manufacturing excellence and employee experience by promoting protection and loss prevention through advocating for employees well- being and being a leader in industry compliance standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Customer Experience:Partner with the plant to implement 4 safety improvements per year.
- Employee Experience: Ensure 60 % or more of team members are demonstrating that they’re committed to their safety, and the safety of others. (i.e. 50% safety committee participation, Green – Red/Yellow/Green employee, participant in Ergo Cup, reporting more than 10 near misses).
- Sustainability: 100% completion of annual required assigned tasks.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Tooling Engineer proactively partners with Clow’s production team to understand all tooling demands and drives casting excellence by applying forward-thinking tooling technologies that ensure manufacturing excellence.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Sustainability:
- Reduce and maintain a Brass Scrap level of 1.5% or less.
- Reduce and maintain an Iron Scrap level of 2.0% or less.
Customer Experience:
- Iron Mold yields of 70 per day
- Brass Mold yields of 56 per day
Leadership: Complete 4 Continuous Improvement activities per year.
