CLOW VALVE METAL CASTING FACILITY HAS AN OPENING FOR AN IRON MELTER.
THIS IS A 1ST SHIFT POSITION -9AM-7PM
STARTING RATE OF PAY: $23.00; QUALIFIED RATE OF PAY: $23.30

The successful candidate for the Iron Melt position will be responsible for preparing furnaces for the Iron Pour department and will be instrumental in creating components for CLOW valves and hydrants.

3rd SHIFT POSITION
RATE OF PAY: $23.72

Brass Grinder Overview: Successful candidate will be grinding brass parts utilized as components in Clow's Valves and Hydrants by performing certain duties.
2ND SHIFT SCHEDULE: MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 10 HOUR DAYS 3:00PM -1:30AM
STARTING RATE OF PAY: 25.29; QUALIFIED RATE OF PAY: 25.67

Service Shipping Forklift Operators will pull finished goods from the warehouse according to pre established pick list paperwork.

This position is responsible for assembly of small valves, larges valves, or hydrants. This includes but is not limited to assembly of parts, subassemblies & components, testing, loading/ unloading, and palletizing finished product.
1st SHIFT POSITION: MONDAY-THURSDAY 4 10 HOUR SHIFTs (5 A.M. TO 3 P.M.)
STARTING RATE OF PAY: $25.29
QUALIFIED RATE OF PAY: $25.67

Overview of Position: Fuse Coat Painter Utilities at CLOW VALVE are responsible for the painting of small or large valves, assembly of small or large valves and forklift operation dependent upon production need.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Environmental Specialist champions Clow’s environmental initiatives on the front-lines by inspiring, educating and guiding employees in environmental responsibility. This role creates a better future by implementing environmental initiatives, regulations and requirements.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Sustainability
Responsible for prompting, encouraging, and contributing to the environmental department pollution prevention projects.
- Employee Experience
Organize and collaborate with fellow environmental team members to lead quarterly environmental awareness meetings for Clow employees.
- Leadership
Attend 3 professional development events per year.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Assistant Controller works closely with the Clow Valve Controller in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting and/or payroll, actively steps in to perform duties as required by the Controller and in the absence of the Controller.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:
- Sustainability: Successfully complete month-end financial reporting within established timeline requirements with 100% accuracy.
- Employee Experience: Ensure 100% of inquiries from team members are completed and responded to within the pre-determined timeframe.
- Leadership: Complete monthly one on one’s with direct reports 100% of the time.
2nd SHIFT POSITION: MONDAY-THURSDAY 10 HOUR SHIFT (3:00 P.M TO 1:30 A.M)
STARTING RATE OF PAY: $23.73
